One day at a time

This sermon is a perfect one for me right now. I needed to be reminded to take everything a day at a time, and to live each moment in faith. The world is far from what we knew it to be right now, and it is hard to not worry about all of the negative things that can happen in the near future or to grieve the negative things that have already happened. My family has had to say goodbye to two of my dogs in the last month, and on top of everything caused by the pandemic, it just stinks. But I know that I need to keep my eyes focused on the Lord and live each and every day in faith in the one who saved all of us. Jesus did not give a master plan to live a perfect life by. We were given Jesus, and through our faith in Him is where we carry out God's plan. He is brighter than any light we know, he shines brighter even than day. He was perfect because he lived by faith and because he loves.
